Please Note: All puppies raised by Stillions Miniature Miracles Ranch (SMM) are guaranteed to be healthy and free from communicable diseases at the time of delivery to the best of our knowledge, and are thoroughly examined by our veterinarian, Dr. G. Brent Jewell. We offer a 1 & 2 year health guarantee with sales contract. Please read through guarantee when you decide to adopt a puppy.
Health Guarantee Contract
We have completed recommended health testing on our parents to eliminate the possibility of any inherited health conditions and only breed parents who are mature, sound and healthy, therefore we guarantee that the parents have no known genetic defects.
Due to varying brands of dog food and environmental factors that all puppies and dogs are subject to, it is important for you to keep your pets healthy and their immune systems strong, therefore - ALL SMM puppies are taking NuVet Labs® Plus Wafers and it is required they continue taking them during transition to new environment, and we recommend that they continue!
We give NuVet to jump-start their immune system and provide maximum support, the goal is to supply a superior supplement product that includes the highest quality of natural ingredients that offer outstanding nutritional benefits to your puppy. Our health guarantee is offered by either a 1-year or 2-year w/Nuvet supplementation.
One Year Guarantee - puppy must continue to take NuVet plus during transition period (30-days) and is recommended to continue beyond.
Two Year Guarantee - puppy must continue to take NuVet plus during 1st and 2nd year from date of birth and is recommended to continue beyond.
If within ( 1 ) one - year from date of whelp, your puppy is found to have a fatal congenital health condition which adversely affects your puppy's health: (heart, lungs, kidneys or liver) the guarantee will provide you with a replacement puppy of equivalent value. The 2-year guarantee is an extension of the 1-year guarantee and puppy must take NuVet during the 2-years to be valid. Health Guarantee does not cover accidents, non-life threatening issues, breed specific conditions or neglect by owner. *Your first supply of NuVet Labs® vitamins must be ordered and received 1 week after taking your new puppy home, regardless of your intent of the future usage of the product.* Failure to fulfill order voids your health guarantee.*

Agreement
Note: The preceding Health Guarantee Agreement excerpt from the official Health Guarantee Contract is included as part of the health guarantee. A hard copy of the Health Guarantee will be provided when you receive your puppy.
Stillions Miniature Miracles Ranch, (SMM) hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" and the Purchaser, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" will only sell puppies that have been determined to be healthy and free from communicable diseases. We the Seller(s) offer each puppy a (one) 1-year health guarantee from fatal life threatening congenital defects (heart, kidneys, lungs and liver) from date of whelp. A (two) 2-year guarantee is offered for those who continue to give NuVet Plus to puppies during the guarantee period.
To the best of our knowledge, this puppy has no viral or communicable diseases when leaving the Seller's possession. Your puppy has been examined by a licensed veterinarian and deemed to be healthy, has been vaccinated, microchipped (if so selected), dewormed, and found to be healthy.
Upon physical possession of this puppy, the Buyer agrees to be responsible for all costs and expenses related to said puppy. Buyer agrees to have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian in his/her city/state within 48 business hours of purchase and must return vet statement form within 7 business days of examination by licensed veterinarian or guarantee is void.
Seller will not be responsible for illnesses or loss due to the Buyer(s) treatment and/or lack of proper care of said puppy; For example: if the puppy is hit, dropped, kicked, stepped on, squeezed, sat on, mauled be another animal, mishandled, and/or any of which can result in a physical problem such as seizures, injured organs, broken bones and/or death.
The general health of this puppy is guaranteed against fatal genetic defects (heart, lungs, kidneys or liver) from date of whelp depending upon health guarantee you choose. Should your puppy be determined to be suffering from a fatal genetic defect deemed to be hereditary within 1 or 2 years of whelp, SMM Ranch will replace the puppy with one of the same value when one is available after notification and written verification and procedure(s) have been furnished to SMM Ranch, Anna Stillions, along with return of said puppy to SMM Ranch as outlined here and within the Health Guarantee Contract. *No refunds are offered, made or implied*
Seller will not assume any liability for any puppy(s) after leaving SMM for any allergies, worm, parasite, hypoglycemia, coccidia, kennel cough, parvo, distemper, corona, lyme, giardia, communicable diseases, collapsing trachea, luxating patella(s) - these are all too common to puppies and can be contracted from your soil, where you house your puppy and by accidents. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors that are not covered under this guarantee such as, but not limited to: allergies-including allergic reactions to worm medicines or vaccines, hernia, thyroid dysfunction, pancreatitis, toxicity, gastroenteritis, mange, colitis, tumors, cancer, growths, scabies, mites related illnesses, tick bites, flea bites and other autoimmune disorders. Seller is not responsible for any expenses occurring once a puppy leaves the Seller's possession. The use of dog leads that are around the collar-(neck) that can cause respiratory problems in small breeds are not covered by this guarantee.
This puppy is to be Spayed/Neutered unless otherwise stated and puppies that are required to be Spay or Neutered must be done by 6 months of age but no later than 8 months, no exceptions.
*Using veterinary services from Banfield Animal Hospital or any Affiliates voids this contract in its entirety.*
*Any puppy bred accidentally and/or purposefully before Spay or Neuter voids this guarantee in its entirety and is considered a "BREACH OF CONTRACT".*

The Buyer has researched and is knowledgeable of the non-life threatening possible health issues that Miniature Schnauzer's, Yorkshire Terrier's including Biro, Biewer, Ocean Pearl, Golddust and Morkshire Terrier's including Maltese may have and agrees that these are not covered under this health guarantee.
Acceptance of any puppy from Stillions Miniature Miracles Ranch, SMM constitutes acceptance of this agreement contract. This means, the contract does not have to be signed to be valid. By accepting a puppy from us, you are agreeing that you have read and understand the information outlined on this page including the health guarantee agreement contract as well as the spay/neuter contract-(if stated) that is provided to you upon pick-up of puppy.
Stillions Miniature Miracles Ranch, SMM has a no refund policy, guarantee is by replacement only. We do not give refunds. Failure to sign documents voids this health guarantee, but all sales terms will remain inforce. *Any puppy purchased with the intent to breed is not covered by this health guarantee contract* ALL puppies are sold as pets only with no guarantee of soundness for breeding.

Our puppies cannot leave our care until they are 8 to 10 weeks of age. We will only ship a puppy when it is safe for the puppy to travel
