Pick-up your puppy from us:
We are located in Burnsville, North Carolina and you may drive to pickup you puppy from us. We meet everyone at the Ingles Market in Burnsville at 400 E. U.S. Hwy 19E Bypass due to the covid19 pandemic and continual variants.
Outside of Burnsville, NC:
We are located in Burnsville, North Carolina and you may drive to pickup you puppy from us. We meet everyone at the Ingles Market in Burnsville at 400 E. U.S. Hwy 19E Bypass due to the covid19 pandemic and continual variants.
Outside of Burnsville, NC:
- We are happy to meet you at the West Gate Shopping Center in Asheville, NC at no charge.
- We are happy to meet you at the Burger King in Travelers Rest, SC for a fee of $250.
- We are happy to meet you at the Exxon Gas in Abingdon, VA for a fee of $250.
- We are happy to meet you at the Burger King in Morristown, TN for a fee of $250.
Flying into NC
1. We are happy to meet you at the Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) located in Fletcher, NC to receive your puppy for free.
2. We are happy to meet you at Charlotte Douglas International Airport located in Charlotte, NC to receive your puppy for a fee of $250.
Flying out of NC
We provide a Nanny Courier Service to those who reside outside of NC. How Nanny Courier works: your puppy will fly to your nearest airport with our Lap Nanny. All flights for SMM fly out of the Asheville Regional Airport (AVL). We do not allow any of our babies to travel alone! Nanny Courier fee ranges from $500-$1000 and depends upon the airline and includes the flight crate and required flight health certificate. Arrangements for Nanny Courier Services are to be made by contacting us 4-6 weeks in advance of going home. *Note* this service is not available during covid19 or global pandemics.
All puppies flying require a NC Flight Health Certificate to return home with you. This certificate is an add'l fee of $60 per dog (subject to change) by our veterinarian. This fee will be required when puppies go for their first vet examination generally done at 7 weeks.
We offer Flight Crates $85.00 and you can order one here or you may provide your own.
Be sure to plan your schedule around the pick up date. Remember to set aside 10-15 min to go over puppy paperwork. Thank You in Advance!
