To apply to our waitlist or reserve an available puppy
please follow the steps below

1. STEP ONE: Please place your waitlist deposit of $100 to secure your place on our waiting list for an upcoming puppy OR Please place your reservation deposit of $500 for an available puppy/dog. Deposits are placed towards puppy total.
Deposits can be submitted by Check made out to Anna Stillions, by Walmart to Walmart and through PayPal to: ranchsmm@gmail.com by the "Friends and Family Option" -ONLY PLEASE- to avoid a service fee. For the Description please state "Reservation".
2. STEP TWO: Completely fill-out the following application. You will receive a confirmation by email once we have received your deposit and application. Thank you!
